Price conditions and reductions

Prices are per day and per flat for a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children.

It is possible to use the sofa in the living room as a sofa bed. For each additional person € 30.00 and € 21.00 for children from 0 to 14 years of age apply.

The flats can be occupied from 15:00 on the day of arrival. For a thorough cleaning of the flats, we kindly ask you to vacate them by 9:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

When booking, we ask you for a deposit of 25% of the final booking price as a booking guarantee.

Tourist tax is not included in the price. This is calculated according to the municipal ordinance in force at the time of your stay in the municipality (currently € 1.75 per person per day from the age of 14).

The price includes: bed linen, towels and bath towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV and radio, electricity and heating, as well as all expenses and taxes, with the exception of local tax.

Final cleaning is charged separately.

Pets

For your four-legged family member we charge 100 € per day (without food).
Please bring the basket or blanket for your pet.

Booking

Please note: The booking becomes binding when a deposit is paid to confirm the booking (booking guarantee) and the booking confirmation is sent. The deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation.

The deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation. In addition, the cancellation conditions listed below apply.
For stays of less than 4 days, the surcharge per person per night is € 40.

Payment

Local tax is collected on site.

Arrival and departure conditions

Arrival: We expect you to arrive from 4:00 pm. Of course, you can also arrive earlier, but the holiday flat is only ready for occupancy from 15:00 at the earliest. If you arrive late, we would be pleased to hear from you.

Cancellations

Cancellation conditions according to art. 1382 ZGB
There is no right of cancellation as defined by the Italian Consumer Protection Code. Nevertheless, we grant you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions in accordance with Art. 1382 of the Civil Code:
Up to 14 days before the arrival date at the latest, the reservation can be cancelled without payment of a cancellation fee. Only the deposit will be retained. In case of cancellation by the guest between the 13th and the 1st day before the agreed date of arrival and the date of arrival itself, the guest is obliged to pay the following cancellation fees:
Cancellation up to 7 days before the arrival date: 75 % of the agreed total price, Cancellation less than 7 days before the arrival date: 100 % of the agreed total price.
If the guest does not show up ("no show") or if the guest departs early, the full amount is owed for the entire booking period.

Travel cancellation insurance

We look forward to welcoming you.
Nevertheless, we recommend that you take out "cancellation protection" as soon as you book your stay. This will cover the cancellation fees and you can look forward to your holiday without any worries.
